Two parts, 21-song long. I think I left out a good number of releases, I’m not at all comfortable with my Japanese techno-pop choice, and maybe my recent additions wasn’t really a personal contribution, but a standard critic pick. No matter. Again, this was a year when the guilty-pleasure took reign over the cool stuff.
