MV#7 of 365: The Teeth – Shooting Star

I didn’t think much of The Teeth during their heyday, though I did like Laklak during its infancy. A few records after, and my college circle expanding to the kids over at the College of Fine Arts, someone made a very unpopular hip dude statement about the band, about their music reminding him of motorcycles and steady living. That, plus a few years later, still mourning the 90s, I re-listened to our local pop-hybrid of shoegazing. Glen Jacinto still can’t sing, the lyrics are still disposable, but this was still OPM to take pride in.
